• High Season (June 15–Sep 15; Dec 15–Jan 15) $300/night (3 night minimum)
• Holiday or Long Weekends $300/night (3 night minimum)
• Regular Weekends (Sep 15–Jun 15) $300/night (2 night minimum)
• Weekdays (Sep 15–June 15) $250/night (2 night minimum)

Other Charges:

• Cleaning Fee $125
• GST Tax of 5% is applied to all rentals
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am (confirm 6pm late check-out for 50% daily rental fee)

Weekly rates (1 night free):

• High Season $1,800
• Low Season $1,500

Payment:

• 50% of rental is due at time of booking
• Balance is due 30 days prior to rental (including $300 refundable damage deposit)
• Accept PayPal(Visa/MasterCard), email money transfer, bank draft

• Rent to a maximum of 8 people
• Rent to Families OR groups 28 yrs old plus
• No pets (due to allergies, no exceptions)
• No smoking inside cabin
• Check-in 4:00 pm
• Check-out 10:00 am (you can confirm 6pm late check-out for 50% of daily rental fee)
• Resort quiet time rule from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am
• Store skis or mountain bikes in lockable 8’x8’ shed
